Honorariums & Memorial Donations:

At times families request that memorial donations be made to DLWA in honor of their loved ones. Honorariums and memorial donations may be made at any time.

Here are some of our existing honorariums:

• Long-time summer resident of Damariscotta Lake Hervey Green passed away on Sept. 21, 2011. His family has asked that memorial donations be made to DLWA. "My dad's always loved being by the lake," said Hervey's son, Richard Green.


• Former DLWA president Charles "Bud" Day passed away August 17, 2011. The family has asked that memorial donations be made to DLWA to protect the lake he cared so much about.


• Long-time DLWA member Dr. Reid Porter passed away August 20, 2010. His family has requested that donations be made in his memory to the DLWA.


• The family of Sally Hartenstein has requested that friends make donations in her memory to the DLWA. These funds will be used for an annual free youth fishing event on Damariscotta Lake.
