Two Tech Dinghies sailboats provide a stable and educational sailing experience to campers. A certified sailing instructor and volunteer assistant instructors help ensure a safe and engaging week for all.

Campers learn how to tie knots used on sailboats, identify parts of a boat and sail, rig a boat, and sail a boat. Each camper also learn about native and invasive plants from DLWA educators. Swimming and playing games are also a big part of each day to keep everyone cool and also burn off excess energy.

The program happens in thanks to many sailing program contributors who donated money to purchase the boats and provide scholarships.
